The purpose of this chapter is to provide for the designation and control of weeds within the county which have not been designated as noxious by state department of agriculture but which nonetheless have the potential to cause injury to the public welfare. Those weeds are referred to herein as "county noxious weeds". (Ord. 168, 3-27-1991)
