6.2.101: TITLE AND AUTHORITY:

This chapter shall be known as the KOOTENAI COUNTY PARKS AND WATERWAYS ORDINANCE, and by authority of Idaho Code sections 31-806, 31-807 and 67-7031 in addition to the general authorities set out in section 1-1-2 of this Code, the Board of County Commissioners hereby enacts this chapter.
