5-7-9: PENALTY:
Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be fined as provided in the general penalty in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. (Ord. 14, 5-7-1963)
