The city is included within the Maggie Creek fire protection district administered by the Idaho state department of lands, and all regulations adopted by said fire protection district shall be enforced within the city. Permits for burning within the city shall be obtained from the Idaho state department of lands, Maggie Creek fire protection district. The Idaho state department of lands, Maggie Creek fire protection district shall administer and enforce burning regulations promulgated pursuant to Idaho Code title 38, chapter 1.
