A. Rates: The rates for solid waste disposal and removal shall be set from time to time by resolution of the mayor and city council. (1983 Code)
B. Method Of Collection: Fees shall be carried on the water and sewer bill, and the same shall be paid with the water and sewer bill; and the water and sewer department is authorized to discontinue service to any premises if the entire water, sewer and garbage bill shall not be paid; said charges to become delinquent as provided for water charges, and to be subject to the same penalties provided for in the case of water and sewer collections.
