5-7-2: RESPONSIBLE AUTHORITY:
Law enforcement personnel of the city or such other persons as may be appointed by the mayor and city council shall be responsible for the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter, and other duties as the city council may prescribe. (Ord. 14, 5-7-1963; amd. 2005 Code)
