A. Driving Over Fire Hose: It shall be unlawful for any person to drive, operate or permit to be driven, a motor vehicle over or across a fire hose, within the City, wherever such hose may be located.
B. False Fire Alarms: It shall be unlawful for any person to cause a false report to be made or given to the City Fire Department, which report results in a fire alarm being made when in fact no such fire exists.
C. Penalty: Any person convicted of a violation of this section shall be fined not less than the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00), nor more than provided for in the general penalty in section 1-4-1 of this Code for each separate violation. (Ord. 41, 7-5-1972; amd. 2005 Code)
