4-2-3: APPLICATION:
Application for a retail beer license shall be made under oath to the city clerk and the application shall show that the applicant possesses all of the qualifications required by this chapter. Each application shall be forwarded, after proper and adequate investigation by law enforcement, to the governing body for approval or disapproval. (Revised Code 1959)
