The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to the sale or soliciting of orders for the sale or disposal of farm and garden produce when so offered by the actual grower or producer thereof, nor to sales conducted by nonprofit or local school organizations. (Revised Code 1959; amd. 2005 Code)
