7-1-2: U-TURNS PROHIBITED:
No U-turns shall be permitted upon the streets, alleys and highways within the City limits, except at intersections. "U-turns" shall be defined as turning a moving vehicle so as to proceed in the opposite direction of travel. (Ord. 116, 1-25-1995)
