For the purpose of extending rules and regulations for the use of all streets and public thoroughfares and all areas of the City, that certain document identified as the Idaho Motor Vehicle Laws, more particularly, Idaho Code title 49, published by the Department of Law Enforcement, is hereby adopted and the same is incorporated as an ordinance of the City as fully as if set forth at length in this section. Copies of said Motor Vehicle Laws shall be kept on file with the City Clerk. (1983 Code; amd. 2005 Code)
