Prior to public hearing the proposed plat shall be reviewed by the Technical Review Committee composed of representatives of the Plan Commission, City Engineer office, Plan Commission staff, wastewater utility, and/or Storm Water Management Agency designated by the Board of Public Works and Safety. The Technical Review Committee shall review the proposed plat and identify any changes and additional information required for approval. They shall make a recommendation to the Plan Director on the readiness of the proposed plat for public hearing.
