§ 155.03 AUTHORITY.
   This chapter is adopted by the city pursuant to its authority under the laws of IC 36-7-4 et seq. Whenever codes cited in this chapter refer to Indiana Code which has been amended or superseded, this chapter shall be deemed amended in reference to the new or revised code.
