§ 32.24 OATH.
   (A)   Each member of the Board of Aviation Commissioners before entering on his duties shall take and subscribe the usual oath of office, to be indorsed on the certificate of his appointment, and shall cause the same to be filed with the City Clerk.
   (B)   Any person who shall not file such oath with the City Clerk within 30 days after the beginning of the term for which he has been appointed, or at the date of his appointment, if appointed after the beginning of such term, shall be deemed to have refused to serve and the office shall become vacant.
