§ 154.28 QUORUM; MAJORITY VOTE REQUIRED.
   A majority of the Development Commission shall constitute a quorum, and the concurrence of a majority of the Commission at a meeting or a unanimous consent signed by each Commissioner shall be sufficient to authorize any action.
