(A) The terms of the members of the Development Commission shall be as follows:
(1) Member appointed by the Mayor, three years.
(2) Member appointed by the Common Council, two years.
(3) Member appointed by the Board of County Commissioners, three years.
(B) On the expiration of said initial terms all subsequent appointments shall be for a term as set forth in state law.
