§ 153.05 RELATIONSHIP TO ZONING DISTRICTS.
   The Historic District regulation as provided in this chapter is intended to preserve and protect the historic architecturally worthy buildings, structures, sites, monuments, streetscapes, squares, and neighborhoods of the Historic Districts. In all zoning districts lying within the boundaries of the Historic District the regulations for both the zoning district and the Historic District shall apply. Whenever there is a conflict between the requirements of the zoning district and the requirements of the Historic District, the more restrictive shall apply.
