§ 152.45 PRIVATE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS.

   (A)   The provisions of §§ 152.41 through 152.43 shall not apply in cases where sewer and water facilities are not available within a distance of 250 feet of the lot on which the dwelling is located.

   (B)   Where sewer facilities are not available within 250 feet of the lot on which such a dwelling unit is located, septic tanks or private sewage disposal systems are required. They shall be of a sanitary type construction and operate in conformity with the stan- dards of the State Board of Health.
