§ 150.08 PREREQUISITES TO CERTIFICATE ISSUANCE.

No certificate of occupancy shall be issued until after a final inspection is made, nor shall it be issued for any building or structure which does not comply with all applicable building stan- dards, such a certificate shall be issued or denied within three days after the final inspection of the building or structure.
