Any applicant found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be in violation of the terms of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of up to $500 per day for each day such violation continues. The Office of the Corporation Counsel is authorized to prosecute violations of this chapter, including seeking temporary and permanent enjoinment of any such violation.
