Application for permits issued pursuant to this chapter shall be made at the municipal permit office, First Floor, City Hall, 100 S. Union, Kokomo, Indiana, during regular business hours. Application shall be made at least 48 hours prior to the anticipated placement of the dumpster to allow the city sufficient time to act upon the application.
