§ 120.02 EXCLUSION.

The regulatory provisions established in this chapter, including the necessity of obtaining a permit, shall not be applicable to any dumpster located on privately owned real estate, provided that, all such dumpsters shall remain subject to all other ordinance provisions regulating public health and safety.
