§ 116.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person, organization, partnership, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty is provided shall be subject to a penalty as set forth in § 110.99.

   (B)   (1)   Any person, organization, partnership, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of §§ 116.30 - 116.37 shall be subject to a fine not to exceed $250 for a first offense, not to exceed $500 for a second offense, and not to exceed $1,000 for each subsequent offense. A separate offense shall be deemed to be committed on each day when a violation occurs or continues.

      (2)   In addition to all other penalties, the city may seek injunctive relief to prevent ongoing violations of §§ 116.30 - 116.37.
