§ 97.41 DUTY OF CITY CIVIL ENGINEER.
   On the filing of a bond required by the provisions of this subchapter it shall be the duty of the City Civil Engineer to set the proper stakes for the work in accordance with the general plan of such improvements, and to make such specifications for the work as may be necessary to render the same permanent, and to supervise the same during its construction and when completed, to report the same to the Common Council.
