(A) The holder of any permit, issued under this section, shall complete the work and repair the place or places where the work was done within the time specified in the permit. Failure to timely complete the repair work shall result in a fine of $100 a week until such time as the City Engineer or his designee shall certify the repair work has been properly completed.
(B) The City Engineer may extend the time for the completion of the work for which the permit was granted.
