§ 97.07 HEIGHT OF TREES.

It shall be unlawful for the owner or occupant of any lot or parcel of ground, or any other person having the management of such lot or ground, to permit any shade tree in or on any street fronting or bordering on such lot or parcel of ground to remain untrimmed to the height of 15 feet from the ground.
