§ 96.29 REQUIRED GAME SAFETY.
   (A)   No person shall engage in any sport, game, or amusement except in such area as may be designated by the Superintendent and then only under such rules and regulations as may be prescribed by him.
   (B)   Baseball is permitted only in designated parks with diamonds.
