§ 96.25 SWIMMING, BATHING, AND WADING.
   (A)   No person shall bathe, wade, or swim in any park except in Department swimming pool or in such other areas as are designated for such activity.
   (B)   All swimmers at Department pools shall abide by the rules and regulations posted at such pools.
