§ 95.75 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   This subchapter shall be administered and enforced by the Superintendent of the Municipal Sanitation Utility who is hereby designated the enforcing officer.
   (B)   Other city departments and personnel will cooperate with the Superintendent as required to promote the enforcement of this subchapter.
