For the purpose of this subchapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
"CESSPOOL." A cavity in the ground which receives human excrement and domestic wastes to be partially absorbed directly by the surrounding soil.
"SCAVENGER WASTES." Waste materials removed from septic tanks and cesspools as herein defined, including both waste water and suspended solids.
"SEPTIC TANK." A septic toilet, chemical closet and any other water tight enclosure used for storage and decomposition of human excrement and/or domestic wastes.
