§ 95.53 PLACEMENT OF FINAL LAYER OVER REFUSE.

A final layer of suitable cover material compacted to a minimum thickness of two feet shall be placed over the entire surface of each portion of a sanitary landfill site not later than one week following the placement of refuse within that portion.
