Any other method of solid waste disposal not covered by this subchapter shall be reviewed by the County Health Department for the purposes of evaluating the design and operational methods with reference to the nuisance factor, the safety of employees, and protection of the public health. Such disposal methods shall be subject to the evaluation and approval of the Health Officer.
