§ 95.40 SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION OF PERMITS GENERALLY.
   A permit issued pursuant to this subchapter may be temporarily suspended by the Health Officer on violation, by the holder, of any of the terms of this subchapter, or revoked after an opportunity for a hearing by the Health Officer on serious or repeated violations.
