§ 95.39 FILING OF COPIES OF INSPECTION REPORT.
   One copy of the Health Officer's inspection report, on which violations of any of the provisions of this subchapter are inscribed, shall be delivered to the permittee by the Health Officer, and another copy of the inspection report shall be filed by the Health Officer with the County Health Department.
