§ 95.38 INSPECTIONS OF LANDFILL SITES; REVOCATION OF PERMIT.
   (A)   At least once every 60 days the Health Officer shall inspect each sanitary landfill.
   (B)   In case the Health Officer discovers a violation of this subchapter he shall made a report of same and make a second inspection after the lapse of such time as he deems necessary for the defect to be remedied.
   (C)   Any violation of the same item of this subchapter on a second inspection shall call for suspension or revocation of the permit for same.
