§ 95.35 VEHICLE INSPECTIONS AND CONDITION.
   Before a removal is issued by the Health Officer for the collection and transportation of refuse, all equipment and vehicles to be used shall be inspected by the Health Officer, and no permit is granted unless all the equipment and vehicles used to transport refuse to a disposal site are covered, watertight, and clean; such equipment and vehicles shall be subject to any other regulations as adopted from time to time by the County Board of Health, as may be necessary to prevent nuisances and health hazards.
