§ 95.33 INSPECTION AND APPROVAL BY BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS AND SAFETY.
   The issuance of any permit to a person for the operation of a proposed sanitary landfill shall be subject to the approval of the Board of Public Works and Safety who shall inspect the proposed site prior to the issuance of a permit by the Health Officer.
