§ 95.28 PERMITS TO BE SIGNED BY CONTROLLER.
   No permit required by this subchapter signed by the Health Officer shall be valid until it has been countersigned by the City Controller. The City Controller shall countersign a properly signed permit upon payment to him of a permit fee in the amount of $10 for each vehicle used in the operation. Such moneys or fees collected under the terms of this subchapter shall revert to the general fund, provided, that the provisions of this subchapter shall not apply if the permit has been countersigned by the County Auditor.
