The application for a permit for the collection and removal of refuse from premises to a location other than the place of origin of the refuse shall list the separate items of equipment to be used by the applicant including all motor vehicles to be operated on the public streets of the city. In addition, the applicant shall immediately apply for a new permit for each vehicle used in his operation.
