§ 95.26 LANDFILL PERMIT REQUIRED.

It shall be unlawful for any person who does not possess a valid permit from the Health Officer to engage in the disposal of refuse by means of a sanitary landfill on premises other than the place of origin of such refuse or on premises at the place of origin in such quantities as to have public health significance.
