§ 95.20 DUTY OF CITY ATTORNEY.

It shall be the duty of the City Attorney, to whom the Health Officer shall report any violations of the provisions of this subchapter, to cause proceedings to be commenced against the person violating its provisions, and to prosecute that person to final termination.
