§ 94.65 UNDERGROUND STORAGE TANKS; NOTIFICATION.

Any person who supervises, manages, or directs the installation, retrofitting, removal or closure of underground storage tanks shall notify the Fire Department Fire Prevention Division 14 days prior to commencement of work; however, this requirement shall not apply in emergency repair work where 14 day notification is not possible.
