§ 94.58 FIRE WATCH.

Any time a fire watch is required for temporary fire protection, each member of the fire watch must be an Indiana certified Firefighter I. If the firefighter is not a member of the Fire Department, the certification of the firefighter must be provided to the Fire Department prior to the beginning of the fire watch. Every fire watch shall have one firefighter for every 500 people of occupant load. Any variation to this shall be approved by the Fire Chief or designee.
