§ 94.13 IMMINENT DANGER.
   The Chief of the Fire Department or his designee may order an operation stopped, order the evacuation of any premises, building or vehicle or portion thereof under IC 36-8-17-9 or issue a citation for civil violations in accordance with the civil penalty provisions of § 94.12 when it is determined that conduct or conditions of the property:
   (A)   Present a clear and immediate hazard of death or serious bodily injury to any person other than a trespasser;
   (B)   Is prohibited without a permit, registration, certification, release authorization, variance, exemption, or other license required under IC 22-14-3 et seq. or any other statute relating to fire prevention and safety;
   (C)   Will conceal a violation of law; or
   (D)   Will interfere with the Fire Chief or his authorized representative to carry out his duties and responsibilities under § 94.08.
