§ 94.09 LEGAL ASSISTANCE.

The Fire Department may obtain the services of the City Attorney, Howard County Prosecutor or the Office of the Department of Homeland Security, Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission for legal assistance in connection with the enforcement of this chapter.
