§ 94.07 FIRE PREVENTION DIVISION.

A fire prevention division is hereby established within the Fire Department under the direction of the Fire Chief. The function of this division shall be to assist the Fire Chief in the administration of the city Fire Code and the Indiana Fire Code. The Chief may assign personnel to the division to administer and enforce the provisions of this Code.
