§ 94.02 SEVERABILITY.

If for any reason any article, division, section, subsection, sentence or phrase of this Fire Code or application thereof to any person or circumstance is declared to be unconstitutional or invalid or conflicts with Indiana Statute or the Indiana Administrative Code, such conflict shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this chapter.
