§ 30.51 KOKOMO AND HOWARD COUNTY GOVERNMENTAL COORDINATING COUNCIL.

(A) Establishment. There is established the Kokomo and Howard County Governmental Coordinating Council which shall have as its purpose the operation of a continuing, cooperative, and comprehensive planning and coordinating effort for the City of Kokomo and Howard County in all areas of mutual concern relating to transportation, planning, and any other governmental functions where joint cooperation is necessary and desired.

(B) Operation. The composition, proceedings, powers, and duties of the Kokomo and Howard County Governmental Coordinating Council shall be as set out in state statute and §§ 33.41 through 33.47 of the city code.
