For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
"SNOW." Any precipitation depositing any accumulation on the streets, including snow, sleet, hail, ice, and freezing rain.
"SNOW REMOVAL COORDINATOR." The Mayor or the person designated by the Mayor.
"SNOW REMOVAL CONDITIONS." A state of street conditions that are hazardous to vehicular and pedestrian traffic and so declared by the Snow Removal Coordinator.
"SNOW ROUTES." All streets in the city so designated in § 76.03.
"VEHICLES." All self-propelled motorized vehicles using city streets and highways.
