§ 75.07 NOTICE OF REJECTION.
   The Director shall act on the application for a parade permit within 38 days after the filing thereof. If the Director disapproves the application, he shall mail to the applicant, by registered mail within 38 days after the date on which the application was filed, a notice of his action stating the reasons for his denial of the permit.
